'Balestruccio' (House martin) is a very large apartment with one Double bedroom, one Twin bedroom, private bathroom and a very spacious kitchen/dining room. It sleeps 4, but there is also a comfortable double sofabed situated in the lounge area, and a single day-bed in the large double bedroom. 

The double bedroom is very large and comfortably fits the extra day-bed.

The open plan kitchen/lounge is also very large. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge area.

The floors are tiled throughout the apartment in terracotta.

Casalba is an old casa colonica (farmhouse) and the walls are very thick which keeps the inside temperature down during the summer months. The windows are double glazed and are fitted with net guards which keep insects out at night.
For winter stays (with a small fee), the apartment has independent central heating which guests can control themselves.
